Maryland, USA: A new study has found that people can predict their next migraine attack if they identify the two most important factors a day in advance.

According to media reports, research findings published in the Journal of Neurology show that two factors can help in the early detection of an impending migraine, namely changes in sleep quality and physical energy levels.

The study, which followed the behaviors and symptoms of 477 people over a two-week period, found that migraine was the leading cause of disability among people under the age of 50.

The study’s lead researcher, Dr. Kathleen Merikangs, said that the main finding of this study is that changes in sleep quality and physical energy the day before are associated with migraines the next day. In other words, the day when the body feels low energy and lack of sleep, it is an important indicator of migraine the next day.

The doctor also said that if we identify factors that people can change, success in preventing migraine attacks is possible. Additionally, through this, migraine sufferers can reduce their dependence on medication by adopting sugar or other behaviors to prevent it.
