Islamabad: The founding leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf, Akbar S. Babar, has claimed that all like-minded friends, including me, have prepared a plan of action to get PTI out of difficult situations.
According to details, Akbar S. Babar and other founding officials held a national conference in Islamabad in which the resolution was unanimously approved.
Akbar S. Babar while addressing the press conference after the program said that today there are former officials including the founder leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf in Islamabad, we were gathered to save Tehreek-e-Insaaf from misguidance. The signatures of all the persons involved in this conference are present on the adopted resolution.
Akbar S. Babar said that the resolution has been approved in this conference. In which our plan of action will be revealed, this was not the same meeting as the one held by two dozen people in a village on the outskirts of Peshawar, while the purpose of this meeting was to get Tehreek-e-Insaf out of difficult situations, for which the plan of action has been prepared.
Akbar S. Babar while reading the text of the resolution said that ‘according to the basic principles of the party, it has been reviewed in detail. The problems and difficulties faced by the party occurred due to the lust for power, while the intra-party decision of the Supreme Court has been described as historic by the participants in the meeting.
He said that everyone agreed in the meeting that the leadership of Tehreek-e-Insaf has lost the leadership of the party. He further said that basically everyone should apologize for the intra-party election. Totally rejected. We have all pledged to take responsibility for the intra-party election of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf. We will take the leadership of the intra-party election ourselves.
He said that the rights of PTI workers will be restored, we will form the Election Commission of Tehreek-e-Insaf ourselves. Workers will get their right through PTI’s transparent election. Akbar S. Babar said that tickets for February 8 election have been rejected in the meeting.
He further said that the party tickets have been distributed like in the past, the conference resolution and other records will be sent to the Election Commission. PTI will apply to withdraw the bat after transparent election.
He said that it has been decided in the meeting that all bank accounts of the party should be frozen. Will apply until the wrong people are expelled from the party, all accounts should be frozen. Still using bank accounts is completely illegal. An application will also be made to the Election Commission in this regard.
