Rawalpindi: Seven terrorists were killed in an operation by security forces near the Pakistan-Afghan border in Zhob district.
According to ISPR, on January 22, there was an exchange of fire during an intelligence-based operation in the Sambaza sector of Zhob district near the Pakistan-Afghan border, in which the security forces took full action to surround the fleeing terrorists. As a result, seven terrorists were sent to hell.
According to ISPR, the terrorists were involved in terrorist activities against the security forces as well as killing of innocent civilians, arms, ammunition and explosives have also been recovered from the dead terrorists.
The statement added that while sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate other terrorists in the area, Pakistan’s security forces are committed to eradicating the menace of terrorism.
