Karachi: The Sindh High Court has ordered the viewer to inspect and submit a report with photographs within 7 days on the request regarding the removal of encroachment from Super Highway M Nine Al Asif to Toll Plaza.

A two-member bench headed by Justice Nadeem Akhtar heard a petition regarding the termination of encroachment from Super Highway M Nine Al Asif to Toll Plaza. The petitioner’s counsel submitted that the Deputy Commissioner’s report regarding the removal of encroachments from Al Asif Square is false and misleading.

Deputy Commissioner Eastern said in the report that Badshah Hotel proposals have been terminated from Jamali Bridge. Later, the court issued a written order. The court appointed the supervisor Sindh High Court. End of encroachments from Al-Asif to Toll Plaza or not? The court ordered the inspector Sindh High Court to conduct an inspection.

The court directed the inspector from Sindh High Court Al-Asif to review the encroachment to Habib Restaurant and submit a report. Inspection should be done in the presence of all the parties including Deputy Commissioner East.
