Karachi; A young man sitting on the beach with a newly wedded bride was killed for resisting robbery

Karachi: The robbers killed the young man sitting on the beach with his wife during the robbery incident from the newly married couple and fled after the incident.

According to the police, a shooting incident took place on the Sahil strip in the Sahil Avenue Crossing Khayaban Babar Defense Phase 8 area, in which the victim was identified as 25-year-old Muhammad Adnan son of Muhammad Ishaq, who was married to his wife. He was sitting on the beach. The deceased was married 3 months ago.

At the time of the incident, Muhammad Adnan had come to eat at the restaurant near Sea View Two Darya with his newly-wed bride, after which both were busy talking on the wall built on the beach when 2 accused on a motorcycle came and started looting. When the robbers robbed the woman, Adnan became enraged and tried to resist, on which the robbers shot Adnan 2 times on the head, which proved to be fatal.

According to the investigation police, the robbers stole the mobile phone, cash and other belongings from the victim and his wife and escaped. On receiving information, the police arrived and the body was brought to Jinnah Hospital for post-mortem, where his enraged relatives took the body without conducting a post-mortem.

The deceased was a resident of Baldiya Naval Colony and used to do personal business in Balochistan and Karachi, while his family belonged to Kalat area of ​​Balochistan.

The heirs have asked to register a case of the incident after the burial. The police shifted the victim’s car to the Sahil police station and started investigating the incident by collecting the evidence from the scene and considering various aspects in the light of the statements.
