Earn halal, educate children well, contesting elections is not a good thing, the judge's answer to the candidate

Karachi: The Sindh High Court rejected the application of the candidate from PS 76 of QLK against the decision of the Election Tribunal and told the candidate that he did not know how to fill the form. Earn halal livelihood, go and bring up your children well. Contesting elections is not a good thing anyway.

A two-member bench headed by Chief Justice Sindh High Court, Justice Aqeel Ahmad Abbasi, heard the petition of Mashuq Ali Janwari, a candidate from Muslim League-QPS 76, against the decision of the Election Tribunal.

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that Mashuq Ali Januri is 8th pass, he made some mistakes while submitting the form due to which the form was rejected.

The Chief Justice remarked that whether you have passed 8th or have done PhD, if you want to be a part of any stage, you have to fulfill all the rules. The Chief Justice asked the candidate whose front man? who are you How will you compete?

The petitioner said that he has been nominated by the Muslim League-Q, he is contesting the election with the help of the people of the constituency.

The counsel for the objector said that the occupation of this candidate is written as donkey driver and he has also shown a pistol in the papers.

The Chief Justice remarked that it is not possible to fill the form? Many people even submit bogus forms, where did you get the pistol from? Will you fight the election by showing a gun? Fill the blank form and go to fight the election? How can this happen, who said to go and contest elections? Contesting elections is not a good thing anyway.

The Chief Justice warned Mashuq Ali Januri and said that earn your livelihood halal, go and bring up your children well.

The Chief Justice said in his remarks that it is not possible to fill the form according to the rules of the Election Commission.

Later, the court rejected the petition of Mashuq Ali Janwari, a candidate from PML-Q PS 76, against the decision of the Election Tribunal and ordered the decision of the Returning Officer and the Election Tribunal to be upheld.
