According to a statement issued by the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), on January 13, terrorists attacked a vehicle of the security forces with improvised explosive devices during an operation by the security forces in Bilida area of Kech district.
The statement said that after the blast, there was a fierce exchange of fire with the terrorists and the security forces effectively targeted the hideouts of the terrorists, as a result of which 3 terrorists were killed.
The ISPR said that during the operation, 5 soldiers of the Pakistan Army were martyred while fighting bravely due to the firing of the terrorists.
