Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League (N) has announced its candidates for National and Provincial Assembly from Lahore in the general elections. Did not stand.
According to the list released by the Muslim League-N, party leader Nawaz Sharif will contest the election from National Assembly Constituency 130, Shahbaz Sharif will contest from National Assembly Constituency NA 123 and two Provincial Assembly Constituencies 158 and 164, Maryam Nawaz. NA 119 and Provincial Assembly Constituency PP 159 will contest the election, Hamza Shehbaz will be a candidate from National Assembly Constituency NA 118 and Provincial Assembly Constituency PP 147.
According to the list released by the party’s Chairman Election Cell Senator Ishaq Dar, the name of any League candidate from National Assembly Constituency NA 117 has not been announced. Hamza Shehbaz will participate in the election from National Assembly Constituency NA 118. Maryam Nawaz has been nominated as the Legi candidate from National Assembly Constituency NA-119.

Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has been able to get the PML-N ticket from National Assembly Constituency NA-120, while Sheikh Rohail Asghar has been nominated as the League candidate from National Assembly Constituency NA-121.
Khawaja Saad Rafique will contest the election from National Assembly Constituency NA-122 on the ticket of Muslim League-N. Shehbaz Sharif will be the candidate of the National Assembly from NA-123, while Malik Mubasher Iqbal will be the candidate of the National Assembly from NA-124.
Afzal Khokhar from National Assembly Constituency NA 125 and Malik Saiful Mulok Khokhar from NA 126 Constituency, while Attaullah Tarar League candidate has been nominated from National Assembly Constituency NA 127 to compete against Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

Hafiz Mian Nauman has been nominated as the League candidate from National Assembly Constituency NA 129, while Quaid Nawaz Sharif will contest from National Assembly Constituency NA 130.
The names of the candidates from NA-117 and NA-128 constituencies of the National Assembly have not been announced by the Muslim League-N. Aleem Khan and Aoon Chaudhry can be potential joint candidates in these two seats under seat adjustment from IPP respectively.
The names of League candidates have been announced for 29 of the 30 provincial constituencies of Lahore, while on one seat Aleem Khan of IPP will be a joint candidate under seat adjustment.
According to the list, Samiullah Khan from PP 145, former MPA Ghazali Saleem Butt from PP 146, former Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz from PP 147, Mian Mujtabi Shujaur Rehman from PP 148 are candidates of PML-N. will No League candidate has been announced from PP 149 at present. Aleem Khan can be a candidate from this constituency PP 149 under seat adjustment from IPP.
Khawaja Imran Nazir from PP 150 and Sohail Shaukat Butt from PP 151, Malik Muhammad Waheed from PP 152, Khawaja Salman Rafique from PP 153, Malik Habib Awan from PP 154, Naeem Shahzad from PP 155. Muhammad Yasin Aamir from PP 156, Mian Naseer from PP 157, while PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif will contest from PP 158 and Maryam Nawaz will contest from PP 159.
Malik Asad Khokhar has been nominated as the PML-N candidate from PP 160, while Umar Sohail Butt has been nominated from PP 161, Shehbaz Ali Khokhar from PP 162, Mian Imran Javed from PP 163 and party president Shahbaz Sharif himself from PP 164. Will land on the field.
Shahzad Nazir from pp 165, Muhammad Anas Mehmood from pp 166, Irfan Shafi Khokhar from pp 167, Faisal Khokhar from pp 168, Malik Khalid Parvez Khokhar from pp 169, Rana Ahsan Sharaft from pp 170, pp 171 Maher Ishtiaq Ahmed from PP 172, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan from PP 173, Mian Marghoub from PP 174 and Bilal Yasin from PP 174 got the Legislature ticket and will contest the election on the party’s election symbol lion.
On the other hand, matters of seat adjustment in Lahore between Pakistan Muslim League-N and Stability Pakistan Party have been settled. Under seat adjustment, IPP got 2 National Assembly seats and one Provincial Assembly seat from Lahore. Abdul Aleem Khan from NA 117 and Aun Chaudhry from NA 128 will contest the election with the eagle symbol.
Abdul Aleem Khan will also participate in the election from Maryam Nawaz’s sub-constituency PP-149, therefore, PML-N will not field its candidate against Aleem Khan from PP-149, even though the former MPA of PML-N is from PP-149. Chaudhry Shahbaz was a strong candidate.

According to party sources, Sharif family has got 5 party tickets and Khokhar family has got 4 party tickets in provincial capital Lahore. Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, Hamza Shehbaz and Bilal Yasin from the Sharif family are entering the election field while from the Khokhar family, Afzal Khokhar, Saiful Mulok Khokhar, Faisal Saif Khokhar and Irfan Shafi Khokhar have been given the tickets of PML-N. Similarly, Khawaja Saad Rafiq and his brother Khawaja Salman Rafiq are also entering the election field.
Apart from this, after the announcement of tickets for national and provincial constituencies by Pakistan Muslim League-N from Lahore, many members of the League seem to be angry with the leadership for not getting tickets. Among the candidates who did not get party tickets are former PML-N MNA Waheed Alam, former MNA Malik Riaz, Khawaja Ahmed Ehsan, Syed Tauseef Shah, former MPA Majid Zahoor, Sheikh Ruhail Asghar’s son Khurram Rohail, Ex-MPA Mirza Javed, Mian Saleem, Ex-MPA Ramzan Siddique Bhatti, Chaudhry Shehbaz, Akhtar Bau also did not get tickets.
The PML-N leaders who did not get the ticket have not yet taken any decision regarding contesting the election.
