According to Express News, the committees of MQM Pakistan and Muslim League (N) held their seventh meeting regarding seat adjustment in Sindh and the seat adjustment was completed in three seats, while MQM Pakistan withdrew from constituency NA 242 of Kemari district. Conditioned.
Sources said that Muslim League (N) will field its candidates in Malir NA-229 and NA-230 and provincial seats in the same constituency and MQM Pakistan will support them, while Malir will field candidates in NA-231 and Provincial Assembly. MQM Pakistan will be the candidate for the seat.
With the approval of the leadership of both the parties, the Muslim League (N) will bring its candidate in NA-239 constituency of South District of Karachi under the seat adjustment, apart from this, Muslim candidates will also be fielded in the National Assembly seats of Mirpur Khas, Nawab Shah and Sukkur. There will be candidates of League (N), however candidates of MQM Pakistan will contest on the provincial assembly seats.

The committees of MQM Pakistan and Muslim League (N) could not decide on the seat adjustment on NA-242 in Kemari district, from where strong candidates like former Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and former Nazim Karachi Mustafa Kamal have filed their nomination papers.
Sources said that MQM’s withdrawal in this constituency has been conditioned that Muslim League (N) will not field its candidate on the two provincial assembly seats of this constituency. Discussions are going on and a decision is likely soon.
