Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa fixed the case for hearing on the request of PTI lawyer
Islamabad: The Chief Justice of Pakistan remarked that the case related to Tehreek-e-Insaf’s election symbol will be heard on Wednesday.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa heard the Tehreek-e-Insaf’s level playing field case.
During the hearing, PTI lawyer Hamid Khan said that the election symbol case has not been scheduled for hearing, the election symbol case should be scheduled for hearing the day after tomorrow.
The Chief Justice of Pakistan said that it is fine, we are fixing the day after tomorrow for the hearing.
With the consent of the PTI lawyer, the court fixed the election symbol case for hearing on Wednesday.
