Rawalpindi: Security forces killed two terrorists during an operation in Tank area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the statement released by ISPR, the security forces took action in the Tank area on the night of January 4 and 5 after receiving a tip-off. During the operation, 2 terrorists were killed in the exchange of fire with the terrorists.
The statement further said that Gul Yusuf is also included among the dead terrorists. Gul Yusuf was involved in attacks on security forces and extortion and target killing of civilians.
Terrorist Gul Yusuf carried out terrorist activities in Tank and Dera Ismail Khan districts and was included in the most wanted list of security agencies. The government of Pakistan had also put a reward of 25 lakh rupees on his head.
