The Home Department told the court that the investigating officer had classified the case as A-class on the basis of lack of evidence even in the initial stages, the case against the accused should be terminated under Section 494 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
The court issued a notice to the parties on the request of the Home Department and sought a response in the second week of March.
It should be noted that the case of treatment of terrorists in Ziauddin Hospital was registered in 2015 in the case of Rangers.
Dr. Asim Hussain, Anees Qaimkhani, Qadir Patel, Waseem Akhtar, Rauf Siddiqui, Usman Moazzam and Saleem Shahzad were named in the case.
