Peshawar: The cover of PTI Leader Murad Saeed’s father has decided to approach the Peshawar High Court for his son’s bail.
According to Express News, Murad Saeed’s father Saeedullah will file the petition tomorrow. The writ petition has been prepared through the mediation of Shah Faisal Atman Khel, in which various institutions of the federal government and the provincial government have been made parties.
The father has taken a stand that my son has been the central leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and a former federal minister. After the end of the government of Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan in April 2022, various cases were registered against his son and on May 9. After that more steps were taken against them.
The petition stated that the provincial government was contacted for the details of the cases registered against Murad Saeed but they were not given any information and still raided his house and room as well as harassing his relatives. By the way, Murad Saeed is a peaceful citizen and his opponents are only targeting him for political revenge.
It has been stated in the petition that he wants to appear in the concerned courts, but there is a fear that he will be arrested before appearing in the courts as difficulties are being created for him day by day so that he does not appear before the courts.
He has requested the court to grant him bail in the cases registered against Murad Saeed as he wants to appear in the respective courts and also provide the details of the cases and the petitioner’s family members. Arrest and harassment should be prevented.
