The Lahore High Court ordered the IG Punjab to recover Umar Dar today.
According to Express News, Justice Ali Baqir Najafi heard the father’s plea against Umar Dar’s arrest in the Lahore High Court.
The petitioner’s lawyer said that yesterday we had a meeting with the hotel owner and he is not giving us the CCTV footage. I have, he is confessing that the police came to the hotel and arrested Umar Dar.
Taking notice of the application, the judge ordered the IG Punjab to recover Umar Dar and submit the reply today.
