Islamabad: The Election Commission rejected the petition against the removal of Caretaker Federal Minister for Privatization Fawad Hasan Fawad.
The Election Commission gave a reserved decision on the petition related to the charge of political affiliation on the Caretaker Federal Minister Fawad Hasan Fawad, the Election Commission rejected the petition of Azizuddin Kakakhel.
The judgment said that the application appeared to be motivated by personal grudge, the allegation of political affiliation was not proved and Fawad Hasan Fawad had a good reputation as a bureaucrat.
It should be noted that Azizuddin Kakakhel filed an application against Fawad Hasan Fawad in the Election Commission in which he was accused of political affiliation.
Earlier, the Election Commission had removed Prime Minister’s Advisor Ahmed Cheema for political affiliation.
