Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan has established the Election Monitoring and Control Center EMCC for the convenience of the public in the general elections 2024.

According to the spokesperson of the Election Commission, the public will be able to contact the election and register their complaints in this center.

Immediate action will be taken for timely redressal of their complaint and for this purpose trained staff has been appointed in the centre.

Election Commission has established control centers at 4 levels for registration of public complaints and their immediate resolution, in which control rooms have been established at provincial, divisional and district level apart from Election Commission Secretariat Islamabad.

The Commission has also provided a special helpline facility at EMCC for the convenience of the public, whose contact number is 111-327-000.

Initially, the EMCC will work from 8 am to 6 pm, but from mid-January 2024, the center will work round-the-clock until the polling day, February 8, and the results are received.
