Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court accepted Manzoor Pashteen’s bail application in two cases after his arrest.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain heard Manzoor Pashteen’s bail application, prosecutor and Manzoor Pashteen’s lawyer appeared.
Prosecutor Raja Naveed said Manzoor Pashteen led a mob and made speeches against government institutions. The prosecutor requested Manzoor Pashteen’s bail application to be dismissed.
Lawyer Safi said that Manzoor Pashteen did not speak against any government institution but he was involved in the case for political revenge.
ATC has approved Manzoor Pashtin’s bail in both the cases registered in police station CTD against 30, 30 thousand rupees.
