Karachi: A woman died in a private hospital due to injuries on her head while resisting a robbery near Gharibabad underpass. The deceased woman was the leader of the women’s committee of MQM.
In Gharibabad underpass, a woman was injured due to a head injury when she resisted the robbery, the police said that the injured woman died in the hospital during treatment.
The woman was passing through the Gharibabad underpass along with her husband on a motorcycle, while the accused tried to snatch the purse from the moving motorcycle.
While snatching the purse, the woman fell from the bike and sustained a head injury, the injured woman died during treatment at a private hospital, the woman was a central member of the MQM Women’s Committee.
