All three robbers who died were registered
Three robbers were killed while two managed to escape in an alleged police encounter in Fuji Colony area of Pir Wa Dhai police station in Rawalpindi.
The residents of the area raised slogans in favor of the police for confronting the young man. All three robbers who died were recorded.
Police raided on information about the presence of the accused in Fuji Colony Street No. 18 of Purodhai Police Station, when they were killed, the 5 accused who were present there started firing at the police team, in response to which the police team also fired, as a result of which Fazlur Rehman alias The accused named Percha, Izatullah and Javed Shah were seriously injured while two accused managed to escape by taking advantage of the darkness of the night.
A heavy police force reached the spot and shifted the injured accused to the hospital and started searching for the absconders.
The three accused died of their injuries in the hospital. According to senior police officers, the three accused have a record of serious crimes.
