Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has said that K Electric is a mafia, municipal tax should not be charged in Bijels Bills.
A meeting of Karachi City Council was held under the chairmanship of Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab.
Hafiz Naeemur Rehman expressed his opinion and said that there are immense problems including water and sewage in Karachi, Sindh Solid Waste should be under the authority of town chairmen.
He said that why local people are not appointed to the positions of directors in Karachi, Water Corporation is an unbridled horse, its staff should be subordinated to Towns Chairman.
He emphasized that K Electric is a mafia, municipal tax should not be charged in the electricity bills of K Electric.
