Karachi: Judicial Magistrate South has issued a show cause notice to FIA on the request of Advocate Faiq Jagirani regarding not taking action against actor Muneeb Butt.
According to Express News, a hearing was held on the petition of Advocate Faiq Jagirani against actor Muneeb Butt in front of the court of Judicial Magistrate South in Karachi City Court.
The court remarked that despite the court order, the response was not submitted by the FIA, nor was the court informed about it.
The court ordered that a response to the petition be submitted by March 1.
Petitioner Faiq Ali Jagirani had taken the stand that actor Muneeb Butt had posted against me on social media and Muneeb Butt had criticized my profession as a lawyer.
He further said that an application has been submitted to FIA against Munib Butt and FIA is not taking any action against Munib Butt.
