Peshawar: The newly constructed Orakzai Resort was inaugurated by the Pakistan Army in Kalaya area of Orakzai district.
Corps Commander Peshawar Lieutenant General Hasan Azhar Hayat inaugurated Orakzai Resort.
The area of Orakzai district is Jannat Nazir area, two and a half hours away from Kalaya Kohat. Like other tourist destinations of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kalaya has arranged the best facilities for domestic and foreign tourists.
A paragliding club was launched on 14th August 2023 in Orakzai district where international standard facilities are provided to paragliders.
The steps taken by the Pakistan Army and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to promote tourism will help in providing new opportunities for employment and foreign exchange to the local people.
The people of the area thanked the Pakistan Army for the measures taken for public welfare.
