Rawalpindi: Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi while visiting the Rawalpindi Ring Road project issued instructions to deploy additional work force on it and complete the project quickly.
Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi inspected the site of Khalsa Khurd Adiala Interchange between Friday and Saturday night and reviewed the progress on the project. The Chief Minister gave necessary instructions to the Rawalpindi Commissioner and FWO officials for the early completion of the project.
The Chief Minister issued an order to deploy additional work force to speed up the work on the project. The Chief Minister directed Nespak to provide the drawing work related to the project soon and said that the earthwork is slow, it should be speeded up, the number of dumpers should be increased.
The Chief Minister directed the Commissioner Rawalpindi to visit the project regularly and submit a report and clarified that he will monitor the Rawalpindi Ring Road project himself. The Chief Minister also went to the camp office of FWO. Briefing was given about earthwork work and other issues related to the project were also informed.
In the briefing, it was informed that the Rawalpindi Ring Road project will be 38.3 km long and consist of 6 lanes. On this occasion, Provincial Health Minister Dr. Jamal Nasir, Commissioner, RPO, CPO, Deputy Commissioner and FWO officials were also present on the occasion. were present
