The Governor wrote a letter to the Chief Minister for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa elections

Peshawar: Governor Ghulam Ali wrote a letter to Chief Minister Azam Khan for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly elections.

According to Express News, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa mentioned the letter written to the Election Commission on January 31 and informed the caretaker chief minister about the law and order situation in the province.

The Governor wrote in his letter that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly has been dissolved on the recommendation of Chief Minister Mahmood Khan, and the law enforcement agencies should be consulted before fixing the date of elections in the province.

Governor Ghulam Ali said that in the context of the law and order situation in the province, I have written a letter to the caretaker chief minister. It is my duty to inform the caretaker government about the situation in the province. The government wants peaceful and transparent elections in the province.
