Karachi: Loss-making airline PIA announced bonus increment for employees.
The bonus has been announced by the national airline management in recognition of the efforts of the employees for positive financial results during April to September 2023.
Increment and bonus will be applicable from 1st October 2023, bonus has been applied based on performance of bonus paid in 2022.
In addition, the salary increase will be 5 to 10 percent of the salary as on March 31, 2023. Employees giving notice to leave the company on or before October 2023 will not be eligible for the bonus.

According to the management, the employees who have received new recruitment, promotion or salary increase during the period 1st April 2022 to 30th September 2023 are also not eligible for increment and employees with pending disciplinary cases will also not be eligible for bonus.
