Quetta: Another person injured in yesterday’s blast in Mustang has died, taking the death toll to 53 as a 3-day mourning period has been declared in the province.
According to the spokesperson of Civil Hospital, the victim of the Mustang explosion was undergoing treatment in the ICU of the trauma center, but he could not be discharged today. In this way, the total number of martyrs in the explosion has increased to 53.

7 seriously injured in the blast are still undergoing treatment in the intensive care ward. 18 injured including 3 seriously injured have been shifted to CMH. 17 injured in the blast are undergoing treatment at Ghosbakhsh Memorial Hospital, Mustang, while 25 injured have been discharged.
On the other hand, according to the police, a case of Mustang blast has been registered against unknown assailants in the CTD police station, in which the provisions of murder, attempted murder, terrorism and Explosives Act have been added.
Meanwhile, the Balochistan government has announced a 3-day mourning over the Mastung tragedy. In this regard, there are flag tunnels on government buildings.
