California: Pakistani music producer Sharif Awan won the Global Music Award for his song ‘Music in Covid Times’.
The song was produced under the Tehweh Foundation and received nominations at the Global Music Awards for Originality, Best Album and Best Producer.
This is not the first success of Tehbeeh Foundation at the global level, but in 2016 he won the Global Music Award for his song ‘Indus Raag, Beyond Borders’.
‘Indus Raag’ also made history in 2015 by entering the Grammy Awards race for the first time from Pakistan.
Sharif Awan expressed his happiness on receiving the world award and said that winning something for music anywhere is a success for music everywhere.
