Peshawar: A legal notice of Rs 50 lakh was sent to the SDO who had free food from a private hotel.
In the legal notice sent by the citizen to the SDO through the lawyer, it is stated that my client has a hotel on the Kabul River. SDO used to come to the hotel to eat with his friends. On demanding money, the SDO illegally disconnected the electricity from the hotel and the house.
The notice said that a baseless FIR was lodged against the hotel owner to extort money from him. My client came many times to collect electricity restoration and hotel arrears, but you refused. You cheated with the hotel owner, filed an illegal case.
In the notice to the SDO, it was said that my client claims damages of Rs 50 lakh with arrears of Rs 135,000. In case of non-payment of damages and arrears, a case will be filed in the court.
