In the caption with this message, Arnold wrote that 40 years ago today I became an American citizen. This is one of the proudest days of my life.
He also wrote that I owe America, I was born in Austria but made in America.

In this speech, Arnold said that when I was in school in Austria, the teacher used to talk about America, at that time I used to dream of going to America and living here.
