Bollywood actor, director and producer Shreyas Talpade has apologized for an old video from his 2012 film Kamal Dhamaal Malamaal.
He made the apology after a video clip was shared on a Twitter account claiming that Sheriyas’ character disrespected a Hindu deity.
Reacting to the above tweet, Shreyas apologized and said that he will neither repeat it nor hurt anyone’s sentiments.
The actor of Hindi and Marathi cinema said in his apology letter released on Monday that actually there are many reasons during the shooting including lack of time, mental state, action scenes, needs of the film director etc. It is not estimated.
He said that the purpose of my explanation is not to justify my mistake, I just want to say that it happened in ignorance for which I am very ashamed and seek forgiveness.
