The dollar depreciated by Rs 7 to Rs 316 in the open market.
At the close of business yesterday, the dollar was at Rs 323 in the open market.
In the open market, the dollar has become cheaper by 16 rupees in 2 days, yesterday the value of the dollar had decreased by 9 rupees in the open market.
On the other hand, the dollar has become 307 rupees 25 paise today after becoming expensive by 15 paisa in the interbank.
At the close of business yesterday, the dollar was at 307 rupees 10 paisa at interbank.

Pakistan Stock Exchange 100 index rose by 26 points to 45 thousand 517.
Yesterday, the 100 index closed at 45 thousand 491 points.
