Lahore: A special package will be prepared for the farmers under the direction of caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi.
The Chief Minister asked for comprehensive recommendations for the preparation of the special package.
A team consisting of Chairman Planning and Development Board, Secretaries Agriculture, Livestock, Irrigation, Finance and Punjab Bank officials will prepare recommendations for the package.
A sustainable plan has also been called for establishing model agricultural markets in each division. Pesticides, agricultural implements, fertilizers and batches will be available in the model agricultural market.
