Atif Aslam, the world-renowned singer and actor of the Pakistan music industry, told in his recent interview that when he was about to debut in a drama, who stopped him from taking this risk?
Recently, Atif Aslam while speaking on the program of video sharing platform YouTube revealed that when he planned to give a drama debut, his wife Sara Bharwana forbade him to take this risk.
The singer said that when he told Sara that he was going to play the role of Halmand in the drama ‘Sing Mah’, she did not like the idea.
According to Atif Aslam, Sara said, “When you are at the peak of your career, why take this risk?” On which I asked Sarah that ‘are you challenging me that I can’t do this’.
He said that he wanted to act to test his creativity and hence signed the drama.
The singer added that when the drama went on air, Sara was the first person to compliment me and said ‘I can’t believe you can even do this (acting)’.
