What time of day can be heavy on the heart?

London: Getting to work and dropping the kids off at school is the most stressful time of the day, according to a new survey.

A survey of 2,000 people in the UK found that the most stressful time of the day for these people was 7.23am.

The individuals were also asked which were the 50 most stressful events in a typical day. Among the responses received, the most common responses were getting stuck in traffic, something rattling on clothes, and waking up late.

A study conducted by the British company Rescue Remedy found that older adults experience approximately three stressful events on a daily basis.

“Whenever we think of drama, we think of a big event, but this research shows how little things can affect our mood,” said Zuzina Bistkova, global brand head of Nielsen, the company that owns Rescue Remedy. .

“We know that a bad night’s sleep can ruin the whole day, and problems during the day often ruin a night’s sleep,” he said. So it’s not surprising to find that the morning is when the first ‘drama’ of the day occurs.

The survey revealed that the top causes of daily stress were fatigue according to 46 percent, a disturbed night’s sleep according to 36 percent and a busy day at work according to 33 percent.

In the survey, people said that after facing these stressful events, 32 percent of the people become frustrated, 23 percent become agitated and 21 percent become fatigued.

Experts warn that when we are under constant stress, it activates the body’s ‘fight or flight’ (fight and flight) mode. This causes an increase in adrenaline, which increases heart rate and blood pressure. In this case, the amount of cortisol can also increase, which can cause an increase in the amount of sugar in the blood and can create risks for our health.
