A hot water pipe burst in a shopping mall in western Moscow on Saturday, killing four people and injuring 10, according to foreign media reports.
The city’s mayor, Sergei Sobyanin, described the incident as a tragedy, telling media that some of the injured had suffered burns and were being treated at hospitals.Russian news agencies quoted investigators as saying there was no ammonia leak at the site, which was initially suspected.

The video footage that emerged showed water running throughout the building and steam coming out of the doors.
