New York: American model Gigi Hadid has been arrested and released on charges of drug possession.
According to Western media, Gigi Hadid was detained at the airport when she arrived in the Cayman Islands with a friend.
At the airport, customs authorities allegedly found drugs and drug paraphernalia in his luggage, upon which he was detained.
Model Gigi Hadid and her friend were taken to a detention center after their arrest, where they were released on bail.
The model and her friend McCarthy later appeared in court and were charged and fined $1,000 each, but no convictions were recorded.
