Hollywood actor Kevin Costner has accused his wife Christine in court of using my credit card for divorce expenses without permission.
Kevin Costner and Christine are currently going through the legal process of divorce, having filed for divorce on May 1st.
Kevin said Christine withdrew $95,000 from his bank to pay divorce attorneys’ fees.
There were also reports recently that they were asking Kevin Christine to vacate the house but she refused.
At the time of the marriage, the legal papers stipulated that if it came to a divorce, Christine would have to vacate the house within 30 days of the filing of the divorce petition.
The two were married in September 2004, and had two sons and a daughter during their 18-year marriage.
