Pankaj Tripathi's big reveal about his role in the movie 'Fikrey'

It’s been 10 years since the Fikrey franchise, but did you know Pankaj Tripathi’s English script wasn’t part of it?

Bollywood actor Pankaj Tripathi played the role of Panditji in the first 2 parts of the movie Fikre, he had very few scenes in the first part but his role was expanded in the second part.

He is in awe of completing 10 years of the film franchise, unable to believe that a decade has passed since the release of Fikre.

He laughed and said that I don’t know how these 10 years have passed, but even today I remember everything related to it very well.

Pankaj Tripathi added, “I went to audition for my role in the film and did 2 scenes, then I got cast. In the first part, my shooting lasted only for 10 days. Actually, my role was confined to a cabin inside the college. I only got out of the cabin in 2 times.

He also said that the Fikre franchise and Meri Growth have a lot in common, starting from a small role of Pandit and fighting for my big role till the third part of the film.

Reminiscing about the comedy film, Pankaj Tripathi said that all the characters of the film met on the set for the first time, we used to hang out in Delhi during the shoot.

“Not many people know that my funny English lines in the film were not part of the original script,” he said.

What happened was that everyone laughed at my comment in English on the set, after which the director called me English phrases during the shoot.
