Sindh police officer who got job on fake domicile dismissed

Karachi: A case has been registered against an official who got a job in the police department on the basis of a fake domicile.

A case was filed against the police officer who created a fake domicile for recruitment in the police department and the police officer was dismissed from the job.

Police officer Ubaid Khan was recruited in the police department on a fake domicile. When the inquiry committee checked the documents, the domicile of police officer Ubaid Khan was found to be fake, on which a case No. 23/68 was filed against the police officer in Quaidabad police station under section 468, 471 and 420. A case was registered under the Act, while the police officer was dismissed.
