Well-known actress, host, singer Ayesha Umar is now back after staying away from social media for two weeks.
The actress has shared her experience of staying away from the digital world with fans on her social media account Instagram.
Ayesha Umar shared several pictures of herself, beautiful views and healthy foods on social media and wrote a note along with it.
The actress says that technology, phones, television, social media, work environment, people, protein from red meat, caffeine, refined sugar, gluten, dairy, pollution, cars, fuel smoke, chemicals, makeup. and metals, two weeks of avoiding using natural products.
Ayesha Umar added that during these two weeks she ate very tasty and nutritious food prepared with love and care, only vegetables and drank herbal tea.
Describing her experience, Ayesha Umar wrote that she loved being close to nature and waking up looking at the sea, walking in the glorious sunshine, sunbathing, doing daily yoga and massages and being calm.
It should be remembered that Ayesha Umar had announced on May 10 this month that she would stay away from social media and stay in Sri Lanka for peace of mind.
