Roger Waters, the former lead singer of the famous music band Pink Floyd, gave a controversial performance wearing the uniform of a Nazi military officer during a concert in Berlin.
German police are investigating Roger Waters, who has been criticized on social media for his controversial performance.
Police Chief Inspector Martin Halog said the Department of State Security had launched a criminal investigation into Roger Waters for incitement.
He said that the singer tried to prove that the totalitarian Nazi regime and its actions were right by wearing the uniform of a Nazi military officer.
The police chief said that after the investigation is completed, the case will be forwarded to the Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office.
