Lahore: Due to the ongoing political crisis in the country, Pakistani singers Asim Azhar and Abdul Hanan postponed the release of their songs.
Asim Azhar was going to perform his song with a female singer, but due to the ongoing crisis in the country, he is not in favor of any publicity campaign for the song.
In his post on Instagram, Asim Azhar wrote to his fans that he knows that people are eagerly waiting for this song but due to the ongoing situation in the country, he does not think it is appropriate to release it until the situation becomes normal. They will not run an advertising campaign for it.
He further wrote that as artists we only want to promote love and tolerance and we pray for everyone.
Similarly, singer Abdul Hanan has also postponed the release of his song ‘Aankhon Aain Mein’.
He wrote on his Instagram post that the release of the song has been postponed due to the current situation, my heart is crying tears of blood for my country and people, I pray for improvement.
