Karachi: The decision came on the request of MQM leader Ruknuddin Taj after his death.
The Sindh High Court dismissed MQM member Ruknuddin Taj’s petition against his removal from the post of District Korangi Vice Chairman as ineffective.
Additional Advocate Journal Sindh took the position in the court that the old local body setup has expired and therefore the application has become ineffective. All the documents and records related to the motion of no confidence have been produced in the court.
Ruknuddin Taj was removed from the post of Vice Chairman of District Korangi in 2016. Ruknuddin Taj was removed from office after he supported MQM London. Ruknuddin Taj died abroad 2 days ago.
