Quetta: The National Highway Authority (NHA) has restored the Zhob Dhanasar highway which was closed due to landslides in Balochistan.
According to NHA spokesman, the road blocked by landslides at Dhanasar on Zhob Dhanasar section, N-50 in Balochistan has been restored. Diya Ab Jhob Dhanasar section is now open for all traffic.
According to the spokesman, Minister of Communications Asad Mehmood and Secretary of Communications and Chairman Captain (retd) Khurram Agha directed the immediate opening of the N50 highway, NHA West Zone Quetta Shahid Ehsan, staff and heavy machinery at the site of the landslide at night. Be present throughout.
According to NHA, a massive landslide occurred between 384 and 385 kms at Dhanasar on National Highway Zhob DI Khan section N-50 which blocked the highway for about 60 to 80 meters. Fluency is restored.
