Asit Modi, the producer of popular Indian television comedy serial ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Alta Chashma’, has said that Shailesh Lodha left the show over a minor disagreement and never returned.
On this occasion, Asit Modi also explained the reason behind the delay in payment of the dues of actor-writer Shailesh Lodha (who plays the role of Tarak Mehta in the show).
He said that he regretted Shailesh Lodha’s behavior and response. It should be remembered that Shailesh Lodha left this famous comedy show last year.
He later filed a case against Asit Modi in the National Company Law Tribunal for non-payment of dues, which will be heard this month.
However, Asit Modi claims in this regard that Shailesh Lodha has not completed the paper work.
He further said that when he received the notice regarding this case, he did not understand what it was.
