England: Last year, a cycle lane near Bristol injured 60 cyclists.
According to British media, a cycle lane on Keynsham High Street is creating an optical illusion and causing cyclists to fall and injure themselves.
Cyclists reported that there is a small gray sidewalk on one side of the lane and a white line on the other side that appears to be part of the lane and convinces riders that the surface is level.
So far, 21 people have decided to take action against Bath and North East Somerset Council, which developed the cycle lane. A local councilor has also warned that a cyclist could be fatally injured if the lane is not designed properly.
