Speaking to the media outside the Lahore High Court, senior lawyer, PP leader Aitzaz Ahsan said that efforts are being made to confuse the debate, the real issue is whether Punjab and KP elections are to be held in 90 days. Or not, whether the bench is 7 members or 9 or full court, there is an attempt to confuse it, it is written in the constitution that the election will be held in 90 days, today the caretakers of Punjab have become unconstitutional, any amount, No money can be spent, the question is why the elections were not held in 90 days?

He says that those who are directly responsible in the administration include Rana Sanaullah, Azam Nazir Tarar and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. We have to ask, why did Shahbaz Sharif take it to the cabinet and decide that we have to go against the decision of the Supreme Court? The Supreme Court should summon these three or four people, the Prime Minister, the Law Minister, the Interior Minister and the Election Commissioner and ask them that you have made a statement outside the Parliament that you have to deny the decision of the Supreme Court, so why should you not be punished? .

The senior jurist said that the prime minister should be asked that he used to say that if we don’t accept the bench, how can we accept its decision? He said, you took this matter in the parliament to put the seal of the parliament. He said that if you want to be punished, you have admitted it yourself, it is disqualified for five years.

He said that the second point is whether the decision of the Supreme Court is final, they say that there were 7 judges, 4 were with us and 3 were here, there were no 5, no one has seen those 7 judges. Sitting, no one saw, there were 5 sitting, 5 judges heard the debate for 3 days, the judge who did not hear the debate cannot give a decision, 5 judges hear the case, 2 other judges say that our vote is also Put it, this is not a proxy of a government college, this is the Supreme Court.

He said that as long as the Supreme Court’s decision to hold elections on May 14 stands, there is no escape from it, no one will be able to deny it. He will be disqualified for a year, Rana Sanaullah is threatening, he has no logic, why not elections, if the government does not hold elections, then the sitting government should take 10 years, they should give a certificate every year that the elections will be held. Can’t because there is no money.

The senior PP leader said that the nation, judges and lawyers are divided into 2 sections, one is those who say that elections should be held under the constitution but there is no need now. He does, but the need is not today, the need today is for me to sit, to rule, this is the theory of need.

Aitzaz Ahsan says that there is no need to be afraid of Imran Khan, he has created so much air, I know that he has to fight the election, he has to make 40 mistakes, these dirty politicians know how to conduct an election.
