The Islamabad High Court declared PTI leader Shandana Gulzar eligible for reserved seat again.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb of Islamabad High Court gave a reserved decision on the petition of PTI leader Shandana Gulzar and declared her eligible for reserved seat again.
PTI Member National Assembly Shandana Gulzar had resigned from the reserved seat. The Election Commission approved the nomination papers of another woman Roheela Hamid in her place. Shandana Gulzar had challenged the Election Commission’s decision in the Islamabad High Court.
