In the official price list, the price of local golden apple has been set at Rs 192 and second grade at Rs 172, while in the market, golden apple is selling at Rs 250 for first grade and Rs 200 for second grade.

Commissioner Karachi has set the price of first grade melon at Rs.93 and second grade at Rs.73 while in the city, first grade melon is selling at Rs.200 and second grade at Rs.120 to Rs.140 per kg. In the official price list, the price of watermelon is fixed at 153 rupees per kg, but watermelon is being sold at 180 to 200 rupees per kg in the city.

The official price of Iranian dates has been set at Rs 403 for first grade and Rs 383 for second grade, however Iranian dates are being sold at Rs 550 to Rs 600 per kg at the retail level.
