The Islamabad High Court dismissed Imran Khan’s plea to cancel the warrant in the Tosha Khana case as ineffective.
The Islamabad High Court has sought a report from the IG Islamabad on the loss of Imran Khan’s attendance file in the Tosha Khana case.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq heard the petition, during which lawyers Khawaja Haris and Barrister Gohar appeared in the Supreme Court on behalf of Imran Khan.
The Islamabad High Court also sought a report from the trial court on the missing attendance file.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq said to submit a report within 10 days regarding the missing attendance file.
It should be noted that on March 18, during the hearing of the Tosha Khana case in the Sessions Court, it was revealed that the file with the signature of Imran Khan’s presence was missing.
The session court had canceled Imran Khan’s warrant on his arrival at the judicial complex that day.
